⛑ Responsibilities

• An experienced marketer, used to working in small and dynamic companies
• Responsible for building and executing on outbound marketing activities for Treeconomy, and building an integrated brand-marketing identity.
• This is a commercial position and will involve direct and indirect sales activities with the supply (carbon removal projects) and demand (carbon credit buyers) side of our business.
• We have some of the best carbon removal project globally, and a fantastic technology base to bring integrity and rigour to nature-based carbon removal. We need someone to help us translate this message to the wider world across written, visual and multi-modal formats.

📜 Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• Experience designing and executing marketing strategies
• Previous experience curating a holistic brand design and persona
• Cares deeply about climate change and the health of Earth’s ecosystems
• Takes initiative, thinks creatively, and can operate effectively with a high degree of autonomy

🏅 Bonus points if you:

• Have knowledge of forestry or environmental science
• Have knowledge of finance (especially environmental markets such as the voluntary carbon market)
• Have experience in remote sensing, GIS, or earth observation
